SUPERFLUID LABS / PROJECT 002

Project
Engine Room.

Concept study

Movement, connected
to possibility.

A gym experience where connected workouts could earn credits for AI use through Project Barter.

Exercise drive

Your movement turns the drive.

Pedaling rotates the crank and flywheel. A mechanical transmission carries that rotation toward the generator; resistance would be part of the workout experience.

Concept visualization. No live telemetry, hardware specification, reward conversion rate or uptime guarantee. Use of Barter is an intended integration.

Two contributions.
Two different records.

Exercise could contribute recovered energy and verified participation. Electricity and account credits follow different paths.

01 / PHYSICAL

Energy stays with
connected hardware.

A generator-equipped machine would deliver measurable electricity through a local power system. Storage and backup supply would support the equipment when exercise stops.

A network connection does not transfer gym electricity to remote contributor machines.

02 / DIGITAL

Participation connects
to Barter.

Account-linked workouts would be verified before credits are awarded. Members could then redeem those credits for metered AI usage through Barter.

Credits are a proposed service reward, not a fixed amount of electricity or a tradable token.

WITH PROJECT BARTER

A physical entry point.
A digital destination.

Engine Room explores the gym, equipment and workout experience. Barter explores the model-serving infrastructure. A shared account and reward connection is the intended bridge.

PROJECT 001

Project Barter ↗

Spare compute.
Shared possibility.

Research prototype

The idea comes before the claims.

Engine Room is a proposed concept. Equipment output, continuous uptime, workout verification, reward rates and the cost of redeemed AI usage still need validation.

No Engine Room gym, hardware pilot or live Barter credit integration is established by this visualization. The scene is not an electrical design. Status: 6 November 2026.

Before you step in.

What is Project Engine Room?+

Project Engine Room is a Superfluid Labs concept for branded gyms with account-linked fitness equipment. Verified workouts could earn credits for AI use through Project Barter, alongside separately measured energy recovery.

Does a workout power all the AI I use?+

That has not been demonstrated. Recovered electricity would support physically connected local hardware. Credits are a proposed participation reward and are not a guarantee that a workout supplies all the energy consumed by redeemed AI usage.

What happens when exercise stops?+

Recovered input would stop. Local compute would require available storage or backup supply to continue. A battery cannot cover an ongoing energy shortfall indefinitely, and continuous uptime is not established.

Can I join a gym or earn credits today?+

No Engine Room gym, enrollment program or live workout-to-Barter credit integration is available through this site. Equipment, verification, rewards and economics remain to be validated.
